CapLand Investment - The Great Sales is here, at 2.41 yield is about 5 percent for this blue chips counter seem like market has overly punished this counter.
Results will be out by end of the month, will ot increase the dividend payout after the divestment of Ion Orchard!

CapLand Investment (9CI.SI) - She is being pressed down to such a low price, looks like a rebound may happen anytime!
At 2.44, yield is about 4.9%.
NAV 2.69.
The divestment of 50% ION Orchard to CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust seem to have evaporated after hitting the high of 3.20.
She will be releasing her FY results on 27th Feb cum Final dividend, looks like price is super oversold.
I think opportunity is here!
