ParkwayLife Reit - Results is out! 2nd Half gross revenue and NPI is down 0.3 and 1.1 percent to 72.8m and 68.2m. Dpu is down marginally to 7.38 cents versus 7.48 cents last year!
Balance dividend of 2.38 cents to be payout, XD 12/2, paydate 11th March 2025.
NAV 2.41.
Gearing 34.8%.
