These far out strike Cash Secured Put sold on MSTR have been expiring worthless like clock works. They are usually weekly contract with about 15% lower to its strike at point of opening these contracts. MSTR used to be a high IV stock due, however of the recent month, the share price has been trending quite steadily thus that has lowered the IV significantly, while the premium from these contract became less attractive, it however are compensated with predictability.
Will continue to trade CSP on MSTR thru its earning, which usually don't affect much of its price movements.
