Friday’s session was a full-on roller coaster — SPY fell over 1.3% intraday before reversing sharply to close green with a textbook bullish hammer. I opened a 0DTE CSP early in the dip as part of my wheel strategy, then added two more contracts at lower strikes as SPY approached the 50EMA — a level that often serves as firm support. The late-day reversal turned what looked like a rough session into a solid close, with SPY finishing up 0.1%. That hammer candle signals potential upside momentum into next week. I’ll be shifting slightly more aggressive on new CSP strikes — closer to the money — to capture richer premiums if the rebound holds.
