🎁Black Friday Trading Personality Test

Black Friday isn’t just about shopping — it’s also one of the most emotionally charged trading days of the year.

Volatility spikes, headlines fly, and opportunity and risk show up at the same time.

Some traders buy the panic.

Some chase the trend.

Others stay on the sidelines and wait.

👉 Answer the 4 questions below and find out: What kind of trader are you on Black Friday?

How it works:

Choose A / B / C for each question. Whichever letter you pick the most reveals your trading personality.

Q1: If a stock you hold suddenly drops 8% in one day, what do you do?

A. Buy the dip and add to my position

B. Wait to see if there’s a technical rebound

C. Do nothing and wait for clearer direction

Q2: A hot stock surges 10% on heavy volume in a single session. What’s your move?

A. Jump in — strong momentum means more upside

B. Wait for a pullback before considering

C. Skip it — the opportunity is already gone

Q3: When a “black swan” headline hits the market, what’s your first reaction?

A. Look for panic selling and start hunting for bargains

B. Read the news, analyze the data, and wait for emotions to cool

C. Reduce risk first and step aside

Q4: How is your usual portfolio positioned?

A. Mostly fully invested, sometimes even leveraged

B. Around half invested, flexible to move in or out

C. Lightly invested or largely in cash most of the time

🌟🌟🌟I am a Bottom Fisher like Warren Buffett, stepping into the storm with calm conviction, greedy when fear reigns, yet patient enough to wait for the tide to reveal true value.

I’m a Momentum Chaser, especially on fast-moving days like Black Friday. When the market picks a direction, I follow confirmed strength rather than trying to guess bottoms. If buyers take control, I prefer to ride the move instead of staying on the sidelines.

My trading style is quick and decisive — I enter once momentum is clear, even if the price is higher. I focus on what’s working right now, using strong volume and trend confirmation to guide my entries. Momentum signals tell me where confidence and capital are flowing.

I also stay aware of the downside of chasing strength. Since entries can sometimes be near short-term peaks, I manage risk closely with sizing and exits. But overall, when momentum shows up, I move with it and let the trend carry me.

It suggests momentum trader. But I have 2 Bs and 1 of A and C so I think I’m quite balanced and my strategy depends on the stock.

I'm a watchful observer, not really active in trading. There were times that i managed to buy the dip, and also times where I end up buying after the hype is over [Helpless]

My Black Friday trading personality 🎁📊: 1A, 2B, 3B, 4A. I buy dips when stocks drop 📉, but wait for pullbacks before chasing momentum 🔄. When black swan headlines hit, I analyze first 📰🧠, letting emotions cool before acting. Portfolio-wise, I’m mostly fully invested, sometimes even leveraged ⚡. In short: bold but tactical — I trust charts & discipline to guide me through volatility.[Happy]@JC888 @Barcode @koolgal @Shyon @Shernice軒嬣 2000 @Aqa @DiAngel

I'm both Bottom Fisher for the technically strong stocks but also Watchful Observer for the stocks with momentum. I focus on short term trades for earnings with options.

    Watchful observer.

I'm a conservative investor. It takes time and effort to follow trends, you have to know what you're getting into, then be ready to cash out at the correct time.

  • I am a Bottom Fisher. I learnt from Warren Buffet style. When people panic sell, I will buy more. When people start buying more, I will sell away.

seems pretty true. my small punts often yield little gains because i enter too early and need to average down.
