Withdrawal issue anyone?

Im a user from jakaeta and i want to withdraw some of my profits but bank verification is taking so long. More than 2 weeks and still under review. Cs support emails are not getting any response.

Is this typical or should i be worried? Whats the best way to get it solved quickly?

i see that the community posts in various topics are lively. means ppl are still using this broker app.

do you all not have the same delay in bank account verification for withdrawal?

its not even making the withdrawal yet. its the previous step of getting the bank registered so i can initiate the process.

are there anyone that can attest if they have the same issue?
