$Eli Lilly(LLY)$ Eli Lilly has a $40 million investment in ABSI. This looks like a 5-10 bagger since it appears to be the first drug that permanently regrows hair. It will likely start a bidding war, and Lilly wants to have a say or a strategic advantage in being first in line to acquire. AMD has also invested $20 million in ABSI. The phase 2 data should be stellar when it comes out, since monkeys and humans share 99% DNA. They appear to have one of the best, or first, AI-driven drug discovery platforms, so I would expect more compounds and partnerships soon.
