$NVDA Earnings: The AI Boom Faces Its Biggest Test

$英伟达(NVDA)$  ‌’s earnings report is not just about one company.

It is a report card for the entire AI infrastructure cycle.

Wall Street expects another record-breaking quarter:

📌 Revenue estimate: ~$92 billion

📌 EPS estimate: ~$2.09

📌 Revenue growth: ~97% YoY

📌 EPS growth: ~99% YoY

📌 Next quarter revenue expectation: above $104 billion

But the market is not asking whether NVIDIA can beat estimates.

The market is asking:

Can NVIDIA continue to grow at an extraordinary pace?

1. Data Center Demand Remains The Key

AI infrastructure investment is still expanding.

$微软(MSFT)$  ‌,‌$亚马逊(AMZN)$  ,‌$谷歌(GOOG)$  ,‌$Meta Platforms, Inc.(META)$  and other hyperscalers continue to increase AI spending.

Investors want confirmation that:

AI demand remains strong

Data center growth is sustainable

Customers are still aggressively deploying GPUs

A strong data center outlook could support the entire AI supply chain.

2. Blackwell And Next-Generation AI Systems

The transition from Hopper to Blackwell is one of the biggest catalysts.

Wall Street wants answers:

Are Blackwell shipments accelerating?

Is supply improving?

Are customers increasing orders?

Some analysts believe stronger Blackwell demand could push future quarterly revenue above current expectations. UBS, for example, expects potential upside from Blackwell momentum and sees future quarterly revenue reaching above $110 billion.

3. Margins Will Show NVIDIA’s Real Strength

NVIDIA’s advantage is not only revenue growth.

It is pricing power.

The market will watch:

Gross margin

HBM supply costs

AI system pricing

Current expectations are for margins to remain around the mid-70% range.

If NVIDIA maintains high margins while scaling production, it proves the AI infrastructure cycle remains highly profitable.

4. The Impact Goes Beyond NVIDIA

A strong NVIDIA report could benefit the entire AI ecosystem:

HBM Memory

$美光科技(MU)$

$SK海力士(SKHY)$

$闪迪(SNDK)$

Optical Connectivity

$Credo Technology Group Holding Ltd(CRDO)$

$博通(AVGO)$

$Arista Networks, Inc.(ANET)$

$康宁(GLW)$

AI Infrastructure

Data centers

Networking

Power systems

The next AI bottleneck is no longer only computing power.

It is becoming:

Memory + Connectivity + Infrastructure

My view:

The biggest signal from NVIDIA’s earnings will not be the past quarter.

It will be Jensen Huang’s outlook on:

How large will the AI infrastructure buildout become in 2027 and beyond?

A small earnings beat may not be enough.

The market wants another “beat and raise.”

Because the AI revolution is moving from chips to the entire ecosystem.

Competition risk matters more here. If hyperscalers lean harder into custom silicon and AMD keeps closing the gap, Blackwell pricing power gets tested fast
