OpenAI vs Anthropic? Who will prevail in this rat race?

So OpenAI announced a breakthrough with their latest model, Astra. It has capability to control your whole computer system for you, automating all the programs you have. This will improve efficiency and any nagging issues with processing of apps. However, this means you are subjecting the information on your computer to a third party AI model, who knows what it will do with it. So the issue with privacy and PDPA actually will deter me from using this.
From the beginning of the year, two AI companies are thrusted to the forefront, OpenAI and Anthropic. They are seen as the frontrunners in this rat race, and most optimistic to IPO at end of 2026 or in 2027. They are endorsed by big tech companies like $Microsoft(MSFT)$ and $Alphabet(GOOGL)$ . But what exactly is their business moat? Is it really just access to capital and astronomous forward estimates?
For myself, I will definitely not dip my toes into these two companies after they IPO. I will probably wait for at lest a year or two for them to prove their business moat works and generating positive cash flow before I evaluate and decide whether I want to be an investor. There is just too much smoke and mirrors, hype and “herd” mentality in play for the beginning and I will wait for the dust to settle.
