Pleasant surprises today 💚💚💚
I woke up this morning was surprised by the increase in US stock market, i look forward for SG market to open at 9 am, true enough it rally too. CPI data impacted alot, give confidence to investors, the markets start to beat harder, feel the heat, but how long will last ? the steam may go off but remember my friend life must go on. If i ate lunch today increased by 7% (the shop said price now is not included GST) next year 8%. So the stock price should increase too, due to inflation, money less value. If my stock not increase i wud rather hold it for dividend [Grin]
I still believe in REITS. One of my favourite $SASSEUR REIT(CRPU.SI)$ , it announced 3QFY2022 ended September distribution per unit (DPU) came in at 1.838 cents some 0.4% higher than the previous year. This came on the back of a 1.2% y-o-y increase in distributable income to $23.5 million. My comment: not bad performance, just declared dividend $ 0.01838 ex date 9 dec 2022, total div this year $ 0.07148 DY9%
I just added $FIRST REAL ESTATE INV TRUST(AW9U.SI)$ too in my portfolio, ex date soon.
I am surprised today by $DBS GROUP HOLDINGS LTD(D05.SI)$
The other sector is semiconductor, $FRENCKEN GROUP LIMITED(E28.SI)$ increase 15% today, along with other semicons companies.
POV : i foresee a good reversal, the worst isover but we have to remain cautious in choosing the company to invest, read the news from tiger apps, the dividend news updated very fast, i have not seen at the other platform but already updated here, good job Tiger,thanks !

The last pleasant surprise for today is my overall back to green zone. I started from 3 to 5 digits. Hope one day i can reach 6 digits. [LOL]
