Technical indicators are used by traders to gain insight into the supply and demand of securities and market psychology. A fundamental analysis is used to determine whether a particular stock is a good investment, whereas a technical analysis is used to determine whether a stock should be purchased or sold.

    I look for bullish divergence for buy signal when price falls to lower lows, but RSI reaches higher lows. Sell signal on bearish divergence if price climbs to higher highs, but RSI makes lower highs.

    I m a simple gal.. using MA 5 for US market as it is more volatile than SG market. Whereas for SG market, i can slowly analyse the charting.

    I like to use candlesticks with moving averages and RSI (as confirmation). Too many indicators causes info overload and sometimes conflicting info. Choose 1-2 that best suit you. [Victory]

    I used the MA indicator as its the basic of the most basic indicator that widely used by most short-term investors [Sly]. It's quite a reliable as a guide line. But do not over dependent on it [Smart]

    I only look at moving average and the occasional RSI. Technical or fundamental analysis not foolproof especially for these 2-3 years with the manipulations…

    I used Fibonacci to identify entry and exits previously back when i was a trader. But ever since i moved towards investor, i use support & resistance levels to do DCA. Technicals doesnt matter as much

    When i am selling options, i just use delta levels and simple support & resistance levels. Sometimes, lesser is more. at least for my case that is. [Cool]
