Singapore Airlines Reports Significant Profit Decline in Fiscal Year 2026 with Revenue Growth and Dividend Announcements
Singapore Airlines reported a 57.4% drop in net profit to SGD 1.18 billion for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, primarily due to the absence of prior one-off gains and losses from its Air India stake. Despite the profit decline, revenue increased by 5% to SGD 20.52 billion. The second-half profit also fell by 53.6% to SGD 945.5 million, while revenue rose 8%. The airline announced dividends including interim, final, and special dividends, and highlighted concerns over rising jet fuel prices due to Middle East conflicts impacting future costs.
