Intuitive Machines Announces Launch of Public Offering and Private Placement
Intuitive Machines, a leading space exploration, infrastructure, and services company, has announced the launch of a public offering of $65.0 million of its Class A common stock and a concurrent private placement of $10.0 million of shares of Class A Common Stock. The company intends to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including operations, research and development, and potential mergers and acquisitions. The offering is subject to market conditions and the satisfaction of certain closing conditions. BofA Securities, Cantor, Barclays, and Stifel are acting as the lead joint book-running managers for the offering.
