The recent win by Microsoft in the US against FTC and approvals in 40 countries is a positive step and the last hurdle to clear would be the UK authorities CMA.
Microdoft's deal is the biggest on record for a gaming company - USD 69 billion or USD 95 cash per share.
Activision's share price is up 20% year to date. The dividend yield is 1.07%.
It is exciting times ahead for Activision and I can't wait for the deal to close and cash in on my profits.
