* Overall Experience:
It is a really fun and meaningful campaign doing this with my friends. Praising those we did well and disturbing those did badly. (Jokingly). It is this kind of event that makes me want to invest and trade better.
* Event Highlights:
Definitely when my team achieve the top 30 and we get the vouchers! Huat ah!
* Areas for Improvement:
It would be good to have reminders to trade in order to be qualified for the campaign. I have a friend who got disqualified due to inactivity.
* Suggestions for Enhancement:
I felt the event rules is biased towards groups with lesser people. A suggestion would be to based the scores from the top 6 in the team and implement a minimum of 6. This will create a fairer competition and if a team has some who are underperforming, it will not affect the entire team and they get to learn from those who perform well.

I think it would be good to have team ranking on a longer horizon. Not everyone trades and there are many happy to buy and hold it through. Such groups should be rewarded for their patience eg, for those who hold for at least a year. In each team, there are members with varying performance. I feel that the top 3 members of each group should be rewarded more than the rest of the members for the weekly/ seasonal vouchers as a reward for their performance. For those who trade very often, they should be rewarded too ie reward based on the number of trades in the season. Afterall, their trading makes money for Tiger[LOL]
