Options Market Statistics: Tariff Fears Drag Nvidia Stock Down 8%
$NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$
President Donald Trump confirmed that tariffs from Canada and Mexico will go into effect on Tuesday.
Nvidia's stock has fallen over 13% since Wednesday, even though the company reported strong earnings that beat analysts' expectations. Its revenue grew 78% from last year to $39.33 billion.
During the earnings call, analysts asked how Nvidia plans to handle U.S. tariffs. CFO Colette Kress said it's still unclear, as they need more details on the government's plans.
