Definitely better to stop watching and to just sleep through the night and keep my sanity. Trump flips his tariffs like prata and there is no end to it. I prefer to buy my ETFs when they are cheaper and average down. His swinging policies make it suitable for swing trading. 🌟🌟🌟It is absolutely exhausting trying to keep up with Donald Trump's ever changing tariff policies.  While I do stay informed by keeping up with the latest announcements, there is more to life than just watching the news 24 /7. What I can do that is within my control, is to diversify my investments.  My favourite strategy is to hold a diversified portfolio of ETFs in different markets - the US, Hong Kong   Australia and Singapore.  These can help me to reduce my risks from sudden policy changes. Warren Buffett also said "Only buy something that you be perfectly happy to hold if the market shut down for 10 years.
