Interest rates on government bonds are rising again, making borrowings more expensive for consumers and businesses. It also heightens concerns about whether governments are issuing more debt than financial markets can handle? Rising bond yields are one of the few forces in the world strong enough to get politicians to snap to attention. They can also have a big impact on US citizens’ personal finances and on the broader US economy. The bond market can dictate (a) how much ordinary people have to pay on their mortgages and car loans, as well as (b) how much consumers earn from their savings accounts and 401(k) plans (that is equivalent to Singapore's CPF Investment Scheme (CPFIS). Gradual bubble up of Treasury yields. With fig
$Rollins(ROL)$ Rollins is a pest control compounder (Orkin and a portfolio of other brands) with highly recurring demand, route density that scales margins, and a long history of bolt-on acquisitions. After a sharp pullback from its highs, you could buy this durable compounder at a potential discount right now. The FCF fair price is also $56, and using Dividend Yield Theory it has a potential fair value of $58 per share.

AI Trading Ideas: Can We Pick Up the Star in the AI Match?
Hello everyone! Today i want to share some trading ideas with you! 1 $Broadcom(AVGO)$ now sees AI semiconductor revenue reaching $115B in FY27 and $230B in FY28 which would be a 4x increase in two years. Broadcom already has the supply secured to support that ramp with demand running ahead of plan. 2 $Broadcom(AVGO)$ has begun production shipments of $Alphabet(GOOGL)$ next-generation TPU v8i with Anthropic expected to deploy another 5 GW in 2027. Hello everyone! Today i want to share some macro analysis with you! The current price is trading around 4,370. Although it is at a relative high for the day (up +0.95%), it encountered significant resistance after surging to around 4,397.65, leaving an upper shadow on the chart, which indicates some selling pressure above. If the price pulls back to test the support level below and stabilizes there, accompanied by another surge in trading volume, gold is likely to test today’s high of 4,397 again. Once the price effectively breaks through the 4,400 psychological level, upside potential will open up. Here is the strategy for the upcoming New York session: (If the price stabilizes near 4,350) Buy: 4,345–4,350 TP: 4,380–4,385 SL: 4,330

Broadcom Raises Its AI Revenue Target to $115 Billion, Yet Shares Still Fall: The Market Now Pays On
$Broadcom(AVGO)$$Dell Technologies Inc.(DELL)$$Palo Alto Networks(PANW)$ Broadcom delivered record results and raised its fiscal 2027 AI revenue target to $115 billion. However, its fourth-quarter revenue guidance fell about 0.7% short of market expectations—and that small gap still sent the stock down more than 6% at one point after hours. After the market closed on September 2, Broadcom $AVGO reported its fiscal third-quarter 2026 results: Revenue reached $29.591 billion, up 86% year over year and above the $29.36 billion consensus estimate; Adjusted earnings per share came in at $3.32, ahead of the $3.24 estima
$DDOG Needs $213. $TE Needs $3.77. $CRDO Has a Smart Money Zone
Good Morning 👀 Here Are the Setups I’m Watching A few charts caught my attention, and they’re all setting up very differently. First, $Datadog(DDOG)$ . The stock needs to reclaim and hold ~$213 by the end of this week. If it fails to do that, we could be entering the early stages of a larger redistribution. In that case, I’d be watching for a potential multi-month move toward the $160–$140 range. And at those levels? I’d be very interested in becoming a buyer. 👀 Then there’s $T1 ENERGY INC(TE)$ . It was down last week, but the structure and Smart Money are still holding. As long as we don't get a close below $3.77, there’s still a strong chance of a major rally back toward $10+. 🚀 Now look at
The rise in global bond yields and geopolitical tensions underscore a shifting macroeconomic landscape. With the U.S. national debt expanding, higher yields increase sovereign borrowing costs, highlighting fiscal sustainability challenges. Managing risk during this transition involves evaluating how inflation and debt pressures impact market stability. $iShares Short Treasury Bond ETF(SHV)$ $SPDR Bloomberg 1-3 Month T-Bill ETF(BIL)$ A neutral approach focuses on capital preservation and diversification. Trump Says Stocks Will Go Up, His Own Picks Tell a Different Story
President Trump is once again talking up the market, saying: “The stock market will go up.” But look at the stocks he owns. According to his quarterly disclosures, these 10 names are among his reported holdings: 📉 $Palantir Technologies Inc.(PLTR)$ — bought 9 times since January, up to $680K 📉 $Axon Enterprise, Inc.(AXON)$ — bought Feb. 10, $1M–$5M 📉 $NVIDIA(NVDA)$ — bought in January ($500K–$1M) and Feb. 10 ($1M–$5M) 📉 $Microsoft(MSFT)$ — bought in February, $1M–$5M 📉 $Oracle(ORCL)$ — bought in February, $1M–$5M 📉 $ServiceNow(NOW)$ — bo
The $S&P 500(.SPX)$ sell signal played out. Targets were hit. Now today’s low becomes the key level to watch. 👀 If it holds, I’m looking for a relief bounce first, with the Daily FVG resistance as the initial area to watch. But if today’s low breaks, that could be the trigger for W3 to start expanding lower. Either way, I don’t think the bigger picture changes much. A hold could give us a bounce. A break could accelerate the downside. But once that bounce or breakdown resolves, the setup still favors lower. So for me, today isn’t really about guessing the direction. It’s about watching the low. Hold it → bounce first. Lose it → W3 lower. Either path keeps the downside bias in play. 📉
$RNG Has Earnings, AI Growth and Shorts in the Mix
27 sessions into this move, $RingCentral(RNG)$ just printed a new 4-year high. What makes it more interesting is the backdrop. US equities are getting hit, bonds are selling off globally, yet $RNG keeps pushing higher. Even the August 13th pullback didn’t do much damage. The stock had stretched to roughly 10× ATR% above its 50-day MA, stalled, pulled back… and then recovered the entire move in just 9 sessions. That kind of strength gets my attention. 📈 So what’s behind it? A few things are lining up: 🟢 The market had largely neglected the stock. 🟢 Q2 2026 came in strong, with results beating expectations across the board. 🟢 Full-year guidance was raised. 🟢 AI product adoption is accelerating. 🟢 The dividend was increased significantly. 🟢 And short
Optionspuppy reflection How I Managed to Make S$15,000 Profit in August: Discipline, Covered Calls & China Futures GEX: A New Perspective on Market Moves
🎁 Write & Win | How I Managed to Make S$15,000 Profit in August: Discipline, Covered Calls & China Futures August was a month that reminded me of one of the most important lessons in trading: making money is not always about predicting the market correctly. Sometimes, it is about managing risk, taking profits when the opportunity appears, and avoiding the temptation to be overly aggressive. According to my August P&L, I finished the month with approximately S$15,500 in profit, representing a +11.69% P&L ratio. It was a strong month, but I would not describe it as simply “getting lucky.” There was certainly some luck involved, especially with my Palantir Technologies (PLTR) covered calls, but the bigger lesson for me was the importance of having a plan and adjusting when the
