I remain positive on Apple’s $Apple(AAPL)$ long-term business, supported by its strong ecosystem, loyal customers and growing services segment. However, the weaker gross-margin outlook deserves attention, especially with rising memory costs potentially pressuring profitability.

AI is another growth opportunity, but I want to see tangible results rather than just promising features. If Apple Intelligence can encourage iPhone upgrades and improve customer retention, it could create sustainable value over time.

My approach is to remain patient and avoid chasing the stock after one strong earnings report. I will watch holiday demand, gross margins and services growth before making further decisions. Consistent earnings and cash flow matter more than headline revenue records.

Services is still the steadier compounding piece here. If retention stays sticky, margins can wobble short term without breaking the long game

I dont think so, the ASP is still the most critical element.
